The 12 results pages were narrowed based on the availability of programs lasting under two years. Priority was given to colleges accredited by the American Culinary Federation (ACF). Programs had to include hands-on kitchen experience, preferably at award-winning restaurants. Lastly, we reviewed rankings like the U.S. News, Niche, and Forbes to arrange programs by prestige.
