Since the program can be intense, students often graduate within one year instead of the traditional 2-year culinary program. Courses in the program include but aren’t limited to the following :
- Catering & Banquets
- Culinary Fundamentals I and II
- Dining Room Procedures
- Introduction to Gastronomy
- Menu Planning & Food Service Management
- Regional Cuisines
- Sanitation and Equipment
- Vegetable & Starch Cookery
Graduates of CCA’s Certificate of Culinary Arts program will emerge with culinary expertise and soft skills.
